All Tours meet at King Neptune Statue at 3001 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach. Your guide will be carrying a lantern and wearing a US Ghost Adventures t-shirt. Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time.
Standard Tour: About 60 minutes across 1 mile. Includes 8 stops.
Extended Tour: About 90 minutes across 1.5 miles. Includes an additional 4 stops, making 12 total.
The tours are about 60 to 90 minutes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early and allow time for parking and walking to the location. Tours are held rain or shine.

Built in 1985, the hotel was constructed in an ideal location with grandeur expectations. Although, tragedy struck as a fire broke out, killing two workers in their sleep. Their shadowy figures are spotted regularly by guests.
